Speak up for Christ! There are 3 examples of people in this passage who remind us to speak for Christ when given opportunity.
1. Paul
Acts 18:9-10a “Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace: For I am with thee,”
2. Apollos
V25 “This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord,”
3. Aquila and Priscilla V26 “they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.”
LESSON - Sometimes it will be in situations which involve evangelism. BE BOLD!! Sometimes it will be within a Bible study setting where discipleship is the focus. Take what you have learned of Christ and humbly share it with others. Look for ways to invoke the Lord in every conversation. That’s how lives are permanently impacted by the Lord, through our faithful and consistent witness.
