MY TESTIMONY

I was saved while in the 10th grade and immediately sensed a call to the ministry. Upon graduation, I was given a full scholarship to join The Sounds of Liberty while attending Liberty University where I received a BS in Church Music and met my wife, Julie. In 1989, we graduated from Liberty, got married, and I became the Minister of Music at Miles Road Baptist Church in Summerville, SC. I was ordained in 1991 and after serving three years, the Lord led me to the Florence Baptist Temple where I served as the Minister of Music for ten years. God used extraordinary circumstances to reveal to me a call to preach in 2000, but I continued to serve in music until 2002 when our Pastor asked me to serve as Associate Pastor of Evangelism and Missions. Through this role, I can see how the Lord has been preparing me over the last 16 years to be a full-time evangelist. For the past three years, I have sensed God pulling me in this direction by providing opportunities to preach revivals. People have been saved in each meeting and the Lord has reaffirmed in my heart the desire to preach the Gospel, encourage pastors, and train people how to share the Gospel with others.
