And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. LESSON - Like Thomas, our faith is weak at times. Even with the evidence of God’s work through the testimony of others, we struggle in our faith. Jesus said “blessed” are those who have “not seen” yet chose to believe. You will never experience the full blessing of God on your life until you have developed the discipline of believing without seeing, obeying without feeling, & trusting without doubting. You have already seen enough evidence and felt enough of His Holy Spirit’s presence in your life to trust Him as Savior. You have all you need to learn to “live by faith”. Rom. 1:17 “For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith”.
