For by HIM

With the growing rise of atheism, we must consider what the Bible says regarding Jesus’ involvement in creation.

1. All things were created BY Him.

Col. 1:16-17 “For by him (Jesus) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:”

2. All things were created FOR Him.

“all things were created by him, and for him:”

3. Everything would cease to exist WITHOUT Him.

“And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”

LESSON - There is a reason that each day consist of 24 hours. There is a reason that the atmosphere contains the appropriate amounts of oxygen and carbon dioxide to support life. There is a reason that you can anticipate awaking tomorrow, regardless of whether you believe in Him or not. That reason is not man or nature. That reason is a merciful God, His name is Jesus Christ, and anyone can know Him personally!

Acts 17:28 “For in him we live, and move, and have our being;”
